However, product colors, fabric textures, and surface appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, display configuration, and natural variations in materials.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of any product displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product delivered.
Product dimensions and measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because upholstered, foam-based, and compressed products may naturally vary slightly in shape and expansion, minor dimensional variations may occur.
Comfort, softness, firmness, and support are subjective and may feel different depending on body type, sitting or lounging position, personal preference, environment, and use.
A difference in personal comfort preference does not by itself mean that a product is defective.
Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, specifications, and availability may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time, subject to applicable law.
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities offered to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - COMPRESSED SOFA PRODUCTS
Certain Couch Possum products are vacuum-compressed or otherwise compressed for shipping.
This packaging method is intended to make transportation, delivery, and moving the product into your home easier.
A compressed sofa may appear wrinkled, uneven, flattened, compressed, or smaller than its final intended shape immediately after unboxing.
These conditions may be a normal result of compression and transportation.
Please allow up to 48 hours after unboxing for the product to expand and recover its intended shape and comfort.
Temporary wrinkles, compression marks, unevenness, or compressed areas during the initial expansion period do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
If your concern relates specifically to shape, expansion, wrinkles, or compression, please allow the full 48-hour expansion period before evaluating the final condition of the product.
This waiting period does not apply to obvious shipping damage, tears, broken components, incorrect products, incorrect colors, missing components, or other clearly visible issues.
Once opened and expanded, a compressed sofa generally cannot be returned to its original vacuum-compressed condition.
Please do not attempt to recompress the sofa or force an expanded sofa back into its original shipping box.
Returns involving opened or expanded products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - DIMENSIONS, SPACE, AND DELIVERY ACCESS
Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product dimensions and, where provided, package dimensions to determine whether the product is suitable for your intended space.
You should also confirm that the packaged product can reasonably pass through your intended delivery route, including doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, entrances, and other access points.
Compressed packaging is designed to make moving and delivery easier, but we do not guarantee that every product will fit through every entryway, hallway, stairway, elevator, or delivery route.
If a product does not fit your space or delivery route despite matching the dimensions provided on our website, any resulting return may be treated as a change-of-mind return under our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms and the information displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect:
- Fraud or unauthorized activity
- Pricing or listing errors
- Product availability issues
- Payment issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Abuse of promotions
- Violations of these Terms
- Other legitimate operational or legal concerns
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully received and the order has been reviewed and confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Requests to cancel or modify an order, including changes to products, colors, quantities, or shipping addresses, should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, processed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Purchases made through our website are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise authorized by Couch Possum.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as described in these Terms.
Any applicable taxes, shipping costs, or other charges collected by us will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order where applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your information when necessary so that we can complete transactions and contact you regarding your order.
You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all valid charges associated with your order.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking information, shipping availability, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Couch Possum orders are fulfilled through U.S.-based warehouse and logistics facilities.
For eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States, standard shipping is free.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated standard transit time is approximately 3 business days after shipment.
Accordingly, the estimated total delivery timeframe for most eligible orders is approximately 3 to 5 business days from order placement, depending on processing time, destination, carrier operations, warehouse availability, and other fulfillment conditions.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, shipping availability, shipping costs, and delivery estimates may vary.
Please contact us before placing an order to these destinations so we can confirm availability and applicable shipping terms.
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak-season volume, local delivery limitations, incorrect shipping information, warehouse disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges, delivery delays, failed delivery, or other limitations as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, return eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged or defective products, incorrect products, change-of-mind returns, and related procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Certain Couch Possum products are shipped compressed and cannot generally be returned to their original vacuum-compressed condition after opening.
As a result, additional return handling or shipping requirements may apply to opened or expanded sofas.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order and before returning any product.
Do not return any product without first receiving return authorization and return instructions from Couch Possum.
The authorized return address may differ from our registered business address or the original shipping location.
